Bandit was the sweetest little cat imaginable. She was always a good girl. Usually she was gentle, shy, and quiet but every once in awhile she’d do something totally crazy just to keep life interesting. She liked to flip rubber bands up into the air and kept her own personal stash of them next to her food bowl. Sometimes I’d find one of her toys soaking in her water dish. I guess she thought it needed a wash. She loved lying in the sun and having her tummy rubbed. A mere touch would start Bandy’s ‘motor’. She could purr with the best of them. Bandit had a valiant spirit and was brave and dignified to the end. During her last days, even though she was sick and frail she still tried to carry on as normal. Bless her heart. I loved her so much and I miss her terribly. There is a hole in my life now — a void that will never be filled because she is gone. If there is a kitty heaven, her precious soul must be there.
