When I met Boots, we needed each other – he was the most wonderful cat ever, and he meant so much to me. He always had a lot to say, and was always so loving and such a huge part of my life. We walked in the back yard together to look at everything in the Spring, Summer and Fall (not the snow though!), and he had his favorite catnip bush that he always enjoyed sitting in. He loved the sunshine, and in the cooler parts of the year, he loved the fireplace and enjoyed sleeping in the dollcrib in front of it. A constant companion to me, and in the last few years, he accepted another kitten and dog that needed a home into our home. He was so special and I miss him so much. In the past few years, his health diminished to the point of no return. I know he’s on God’s lap where he deserves to be, and I look forward to seeing him again when I pass. It is so difficult to lose our companions who have devoted their love and life to us, but I was so enriched & fortunate to have him in my life. Love you Boots and I miss you. I will see you again someday!
