Brooklyn my sweet girl, you found me when I needed you the most. We miss you every day, your deep brown eyes always looked back understanding, the weight of your head on our laps and your wet nose tapping for more love, your warm soft fur and the nuzzle of your head always gave comfort, the sounds of your nails clicking on the floor and your sweet soft snoring while you slept, The worn tracks in where you patrolled the yard and matted down spots that you basked in the warm sun, your prancing and bounding when you were happy. You welcomed our 2 sweet babies and earned the title “Nanny Lynn” you loved your boys and they loved you fiercely. We got to go on many adventures together and you gave us 16 wonderful years. As you aged you did it with grace and never lost your patience. I wish we didn’t have to say goodbye but I know in my heart it was time. You may be gone but you are forever in our hearts and have given us so many wonderful memories. We love you, sweet girl.
