Chopper was born in Colorado and lived most of his life in Boulder. He traveled the US with us on many occassions and lived briefly in Key West and Austin Texas. He was a German Shepherd with a smart mind and a huge heart. Chopper grew to weigh 120lbs, but was the most gentle of dogs. Many people noticed this big, beautiful dog who happily traveled and hiked with us everywhere we went. Chopper’s unconditional love, cheerful disposition and amazing intelligence enriched our lives everyday. We loved him very much and we are sure that our love led to his living to an astounding age of 15. Chopper is survived by his pack, Dante and Hawk and guardians Todd and Teri as well as many friends and neighbors. He will be missed.
