Diesel was never a pet to us, he was family. There are way to many stories of Diesel to think of just one that stands out. He loved Pickup truck rides, cheese burgers ( no pickles ) dog parks and of course the creek on the farm where he would need a garden hose bath before coming inside. Diesel would always get out of the house and make his rounds seeing all his friends then we would always get a call from someone saying Diesel is at my house. One time this lady just baked two lemon meringue pies and had them sitting on her counter cooling and she had her sliding door cracked open and Diesel opened the door and snuck in, pulled down the two pies, moved the meringue off and ate both pies. We will just say that lady wasn’t to happy with him. Thank you baby boy for being my best friend for over the last 13 years. I love you and you will never be forgotten. RIP Hooners!
