These two beautiful West Highland White Terriers (White Westies) were Cosmo and Fizz. Cosmo is sitting up and Fizz is lying down in the picture. They were litter mates, brother and sister. We had to say good bye to Cosmo August 22, 2011. And little Fizz left us last January 16, 2011 just 8 months apart. It was a type of hereditary cancer that took both of them so close together and it broke our hearts. They were inseparable, always together. Like two peas in a pod. They ate out of the same dog bowl, slept in the same bed. They were wonderful and loyal companions. My husband works 10 hour days and my son is in college. And that left Mom, Cosmo and Fizz all day long. It takes everything I have to get through the day. Our home is quiet now and there is a feeling of emptiness that words cannot describe. We have many pictures to look back on and it eases the pain. They were so precious to us. We love and miss them very much.
