Gracie

November 19, 2016 by

Gracie was the most perceptive dog I have ever met,she always knew what was going on and how everybody was feeling.  You always knew what was on her mind as well, she was never shy about ensureing we knew exactly what she wanted.  She was an amazing Frisbee/ball dog, a great hiker, runner, snowshoer, and companion.   She traveled all over the US with us and was a wonderful friend.  She kept her buddy, Bandit, in line and also refereed any other dogs that might be visiting us.  Gracie was her dad’s best friend and he rarely went anywhere without her.  Gracie went blind a couple of years ago and actually adjusted to it quite well, she depended on our other dog, Bandit, to know where she needed to be and still was very active up until a few months ago when her health started failing.  We miss her terribly and there is a big hole in our hearts that only time will heal.   We know she is in a better place and that she will be waiting for us when it is our time to cross over.

Your beloved pet is sick

The diagnosis and subsequent prognosis aren't good. Now is the time to contemplate advanced animal hospice care or putting your pet to sleep (euthanasia). But where do you turn for help? What are the next steps? How do you make this final period of your companion’s life as peaceful as possible? Read more...

Our promise to you

We will be there with you through this process - before, during, and even years after you say goodbye to your beloved pet. Call (970) 412-6212
