Although timid, he was one of the best “snuggle bunny’s” you’d ever want. On a cold winter’s night he’d love to get as close to you as possible, and didn’t grumble much if you turned over in bed – he’d just adjust and continue to snore. Oliver ( Olly ) became a part of our little family in July of 1998. At the time we had a shih tzu and male rat terrier. We thought Olly would be a great companion for the rat terrier since he didn’t much get along with the shih tzu. We’ll, we were wrong again, but we did have a great little family. Olly was a runner. Whenever we’d take him to the park, he’d lie back he’s little ears and away he’d go. Age and a compressed disk in the middle of his back slowed him greatly during the last couple of years. We tried to cage him and give him rest on several occasions but finally his little legs wouldn’t take him where he wanted to go. We’ll always love our little boy and pray that he is running wild today.
