Liberty Bell “Libby”

I was born in Oklahoma on July 3, 2000. Mom found me at a Colorado pet store and called Dad to come meet me. We played together in the store’s play area and I kept tugging on Mom’s skirt, but they left and I was put back in my little cage. Mom couldn’t get me out of her mind and called the pet store the next morning. I had no idea why I was getting a bath and a bow put in my hair, but soon Mom came and I was on my way to my forever home. I got to do lots of fun things with my family like camping, going for walks, I even got to go to San Diego and see the ocean. My favorite things to do were to be with my family, snoop in closets, crawl in cabinets, go for car rides and play hide and seek under the BBQ cover. I had 3 fur buddies, Joey, Rudy and Ted. They all crossed the rainbow bridge and on August 8, 2017 it was time for me to join them. Mom and Dad held me and cried when we said good-bye. They loved me so much, but I’m at peace now and know I’ll see them again someday.
