Max

November 19, 2016 by

We “rescued” Max when he was a young 5 years old pup.  Although I saved Max from a bad situation, it was he who truly was my soul companion.

Max Facts:
Max’s favorite food was…..EVERYTHING.
Max could open a closed pizza box, that had been hidden inside the oven.
Max loved to swim but hated taking a bath.
Max snored.
Max enjoyed having his ears rubbed.
Max lived with us during our 2 1/2 years stationed in Okinawa Japan.
Max loved to ride in the car with his head out the window.
Max rode on an airplane four different times.
Max had a foot fetish….he loved to lick toes.
Max was friends with all he met….especially if you had treats.
Max’s favorite toy was a fresh tennis ball right out of the can.
Max liked cats but didn’t let his dog buddies know.
Max lived to be 14 3/4 in human years and 98 in dog years.
Max made a great pillow for watching t.v.
Max’s farts smelled like pepperoni.
Max was really good at being lazy, but always was happy  to go on a walk.
Max liked to dumpster dive…..the trash was never safe.
Max loved peanut butter preferably the whole jar.
Max slept where ever his bed went….and was great for scaring away bad dreams.
Max was our companion, our playmate, our trusted ear who never talked back.
