Mingus was born in Detroit, Michigan but was more than happy to move to much sunnier Colorado. He reveled in sunning himself, playing with his brother Monk and trying to get as high up as possible… when he wasn’t sleeping.
Tomorrow is his birthday (born 5/21/06) and we lost him today from kidney disease, just a day before his 9th birthday. His gentle, sweet spirit will always live with the family that he was an important part of.
