Olive was a wonderful kitty for us for 12 years. She was a tiny kitty when we brought her home and our oldest daughter Genna was just a baby. They learned to walk together, talk together and sleep together. Alina came along a little while later and as soon as she could get Kitty Olive, she did. She tried to put her in the baby stroller, dress her up in doll clothes and carry her by her neck and one leg. Kitty tolerated our Newfy puppy, Reya, as the next addition, which soon grew way beyond her 10 pounds. She tolerated the huge, slobbery kisses and lumbering feet. Next came Samson the golden doodle who started smaller than kitty but has maxed out at 85 lbs., and whose energy Kitty had to keep in line with a few swats of her paw. Moe the Guinea Pig never became Kitty’s friend, in fact Kitty was quite scared of the giant mouce. We have had our lives added to richly by her love and companionship. Kitty delivered many needed moments of comfort to us, she always knew when it was needed. Thank you Jesus for such a gift.
