Fifteen years ago my husband and I set out to rescue a dog, but ended up getting a cat. We saw him as a kitten and just fell in love with him. He stood out among the other kittens with his white paw tips and what looked like milk spilling from his mouth. He was so cute. We named him Turbo because he was fast when running around the house. We nicknamed him Turbo Booster. Turbo and my son became best buds. Turbo always came running when he saw my son coming. He'd always come in the house and announce himself with a big "MEOW" Even at three in the morning when I was sleeping. He’d bat at my eyes lashes as I slept and play with my hair. It drove me nuts some nights, but now I miss it. He loved to go for walks with the dogs. The neighbors loved to see him follow. Everyone knew him. He loved his fur friends too. His friends who have passed before him, Balou, Taz, Rizzo, Ruger and Moose. His friends he had now Roxie, Rowdy, Jango and Kui. He was lucky to have had so many fur friends.
