Butkus (May 21, 2002 - July 8, 2016)

Our precious and beloved Butkus came to us in the summer of 2002 as a beautiful, fluffy white puppy.  He was chosen as a friend for our young Bichon puppy, Romanowski, who didn't like to spend time alone.  For 14 years these two Bichons spent every day together and were never apart. They made a good team.  Butkus was our happy, silly dog to Romanowski's serious and independent nature.  We could always count on Butkus to make us laugh.  Butkus was a loyal and loving family member. It's only been a week since he went to rest and I miss him so terribly.  I miss his big round eyes looking at me everywhere I went, his constant presence right next me and his genuine love for everyone in our family.  He was a true friend and I loved him very much.  You will always live our hearts Butkus where we will keep you safe and warm.  We love you Baby.
