Here's to our sweet Maxwell. You filled each and every one of our lives with joy, companionship, and love. You lived 17 very long and beautiful years. You have stayed with our family so long. Your sissy remembers the first day they brought you home. Your name was supposed to be Sarah... until she realized that you were a boy! When picking you out Maxie, you were the only one to not bite the shoelaces on Daddy's shoes. We knew you would be the perfect pup. What we didn't know... was that you would be so smart and handsome! Mommy took care of you the best she could, just as you did for her. You were the light in our family when the darkest times hit. We love you so very much Maxie and miss you every day.
