Buddy came to join our family when he was about 5 years old. We adopted him from the Humane Society in Longmont. We took him home and he was immediatelt comfortable. For the first several years he acted like he wasn't going to get another meal as long as he lived! He must have had it quite hard before we saved him, especially considering how skinny he was when we got him! He plumped up in no time and actually got a little too fat!! He loved running around the yard, going for walks, and getting his ears scratched by his human daddy! We lost his human dad in February of 08 and he was a constant comfort to us after that!! Really... Buddy saved us every bit as much as we saved him! He will be truly missed, but we know he's playin with all the people and pets who went before him!! We love you Buddy!!
