Peyton joined our family 9-years ago as a 4-year-old from the Austin Cocker Rescue. He outlived his first set of siblings Wrigley (dog) and Willow (cat) allowing him a short stint as the only four-legged where he gladly soaked up the extra attention. He would have preferred another cat but ended up loving his sister, Parker, and brother, Peanut when they joined the pack. He was the most lovable, happy, little bubby! Loved meeting all humans, dogs, and cats. Upon receiving hugs and kisses, he’d grunt with approval. Unlike most dogs, he hated grass; preferring the indoors. He had fur like velvet, breath like garbage, and Frito smelling paws. He’d dig through his giant basket of “normal” dog toys to locate his tiny grape-sized Ikea finger puppets. Then, he’d carry them around, fling them in the air, roll on them, and lick them at bedtime. Peyton, Bubby, little man jingles, Bob, we will miss you forever! Our broken hearts can slowly heal knowing you are free from anguish and pain!
