Shortly after my 100th birthday, my 20-year-old poodle’s (Princess) quality of life decreased dramatically and I was forced to make the difficult decision to help her along to the Rainbow Bridge. Home to Heaven was sensitive to my situation from my first call to Jackie, to James coming out. James was compassionate, sympathetic, and concerned.
