Princess Dennehy

June 3, 2025 by

Princess came home one day as a surprise to me. The moment she came out from under the bed we bonded and I knew I would never abandon her. She became one of my closest friends in life. She was only a few years old and so sweet but loved to chew every cable she could. One day a little zap from the wrong cord stopped her from the habit thankfully. An accidental pregnancy resulted in 1 puppy named Mika born about 12 years ago. Princess was the best mom and watched over Mika all these years. About a year ago Princess lost her eyesight and Mika made sure to watch over her.

We have had so many adventures together over the years. Our little pack. I never thought I would have a small dog but I am so grateful the universe brought Princess in my life. She was a snuggle buddy and loved to burrow under the covers. She would go from room to room and snuggle with anyone staying over. She was a fierce little protector with no fear. Many times when we lived in the foothills she would take off chasing deer if you weren’t watching close enough. She loved her car rides and treats after her walks. I will miss coming home to her tail wags. Princess was almost 20 years old when she crossed the rainbow bridge. She will always have a special place in my heart. I promise Princess I’ll continue to take care of Mika and keep her safe. We love you and miss you.
