Rudy

  Sadness fills our hearts, and there is a huge place of emptiness that Rudy once filled.    He came into our lives as a tiny bundle of red curls and grabbed ahold of our hearts.  He entertained us and made us laugh every day.  His personality was much bigger than his small body, and all he ever wanted to do was have fun and be everyone’s best friend.  He brought squeals of delight and many smiles to little ones at the Children’s Advocacy Center in his role as a Therapy dog.  Having a keen sense for those who were hurting the most, he was always there to comfort them.    His favorite game was Hide and Seek, and he was over the moon when he won, which was most of the time.    If there is a Doggie Heaven, Rudy certainly deserves a prime spot there where he will run free of pain, and he will round up all his new friends for a game of Hide and Seek….and yes, he will be the winner again.
