Tigger came into our life when our frantic neighbor came running over saying she heard some kittens crying out her back window. She backed up to a main thorough fare, and someone dumped them expecting the worse to happen to them. She grabbed them but could not keep them as she had a cockatiel, and as you know cats and birds do not mix. We kept the three kittens to find homes for them, but our girls talked us into keeping Tigger. We were dog people, and did not know how to take care of a cat. Well Tigger made it easy to learn. He was always a pleasure to have as part of our family, and such a love. He loved chasing the spotlight from a flashlight, or hiding in some difficult place to find him. He blessed us with 16 years of love, companionship and true authority over the two additional cats we added to our family in the last few years.
Tigger was always a ball curled up wherever he chose to lay. As an old man and getting sicker, he was a fighter until the end. He is missed, but will always be in in our hearts.
