We are deeply saddened by the loss of our beloved black Labrador Timber who left us on Saturday Feb. 2nd. In his prime Timber weighed 102lbs., and was an excellent bird dog, swimmer, guardian of the fence line, protector of his younger brother Kona, friend of the other neighborhood dogs and lover of people. He lived to almost 13 and a half years old, and was the smartest and best dog you could ever hope for. Well, except for the time when he was a puppy and dug a huge hole in the yard and ruptured the sprinkler line. Then came running in the house covered in mud. Or the time he snuck out of the camper at Twin Lakes at 230am to take an evening stroll of the wilderness evidently. Did I mention he was a really smart and good dog? A once in a lifetime type of dog who will be missed dearly. Have fun playing with Kona and Milo buddy! R.I.P. Timber Ganter 10/3/2005 – 2/4/2019
