Zowie

November 19, 2016 by

In Memory of Zowie (6/29/04 – 5/20/10)

Almost 6 years ago a precious little angel entered this world. We fell in love with her at first sight. Her big sparkling brown eyes, her bright white coat, the unique black markings on her face, and black heart shape on her back.

Zowie fit in the palms of our hands and filled our hearts. She grew up to be such a faithful friend. She was smart, loving, obedient, and had an amazing personality. She captured the hearts of everyone she touched.

Zowie would talk to us with little noises, grunts, and growls. She enjoyed playing and snuggling. She loved to go for rides on the ATV and riding lawn mower. She gave the best hugs EVER! Her favorite pass time was to snuggle with mom and a fuzzy blanket, she was her mom’s constant companion. She thought it was great to lick and bite our toes when she was excited to see us. Her smile was contagious…and so cute.

Our little Zowie was diagnosed with Immune Mediated Hemolytic Anemia at two years old. She had a devastating IMHA relapse at four years old. A couple weeks before Zowie passed she was diagnosed with Lymphoma. She was a tough little fighter!

On the day Zowie passed she took a piece of our hearts with her. She will always be missed and never forgotten. She will live on forever in our hearts and our memories.
