Hamilton Porter came to us as a foster pup when we knew we were ready for a dog. He fit into our family so perfectly that we didn’t want to let him go. Throughout his time with us (he just missed his tenth birthday) he brought us so much comfort and laughter. Whether it was the awkward poses he would lay in, the silly costumes he put up with, the snuggling in incredibly tight places, or staying in the car while the rest of the family enjoyed tent camping, he made our world better. While saying goodbye broke our hearts, we were also so relieved that he could be free of the body that could no longer function in the ways he had come to count on and enjoy. We love you, Hammy!
