My beloved Buddy, on April 25, 2013, I rescued you from the Larimer humane society. That was a life changing day for me. Not only did I rescue you but you rescued me. You were more than just a dog, you were my son, a nephew, a granddog to your 3 grandparents, my companion, my best friend, and my lifesaver, you were truly my everything. Buddy was literally a human in a dog's body. He had the most amazing personality and was so loving and affectionate. He always wanted to be touching me whether it was holding my hand with his precious paw as we drove down the road or cuddling in bed at night... Sleeping without you next to me has been extremely difficult to get used to even though I only got a sliver of the bed because you were the BIGGEST bed hog. Because of you, I was able to get through the most difficult traumatic years of my life. You were there to lick my tears after we lost my brother, uncle Brent due to a motorcycle accident. You and Brent were my two best friends I’m completely lost
