Daisy, She loved children, long walks, and to go for rides in the car. Daisy was a very devoted and loyal companion. Even off her leash she never strayed because she always wanted to be by our side. Her birthday was on 9/11, 2009; a memorable date for her and our nation. We so cherish the 13 years she spent with us. Her time with us was precious and it passed by without any signs of her aging. Then, she suddenly became stricken with diminished awareness and major mental challenges that took her from us in less than two days. Her sudden passing gave us very little time to prepare emotionally for the hole she would leave in our hearts. Exactly at noon on October 27th, 2022 our musical clock began to chime and play “Silent Night” as she peacefully went from “Home to Heaven.” The refrain from that sacred hymn was a tender mercy as it reminded us of the words to “Sleep in Heavenly Peace.” We love you Daisy and you will live forever in our hearts!
