Baloo embodied the revered traits of consistency and loyalty. He will be a forever best friend to Scott. More than just a pet, Baloo was a soulmate who came to Scott purposefully. Scott brought him everywhere and they celebrated daily living, big events, and Baloo was his dearest companion in hard times with a head to kiss and snuggle up with. Baloo joined Scott on construction jobs all over Northern Colorado for 10+ years. He mastered the art of staying close by, not straying far which meant he could go on most job sites without worry. Baloo has been a big brother to Hudson Drennen since 2019 and was able to spend two weeks being a nursery guardian to his little sister Sonia Drennen in 2025. We are grateful for his spirit and know his soul and body are running free and easy once more. We remember Baloo by a few sounds; the click clack of his nails on the floor, his collar clinging against his water bowl, and the lick of his tongue. Baloo was always hopping in the front seat to wait for Scott, and forever this position he’ll hold in our hearts.
